The Entertainers PR provides professional childcare and entertainment services for families visiting Puerto Rico. Our team — affectionately known as The Entertainers — are caring, playful, and trained professionals who offer hotel, Airbnb, and event babysitting for children from 2 months to 13 years old, available 24/7 at metropolitan area and a cross the island for special events.
The Boricua Fun Box is our signature activity kit used during every babysitting session. Each Entertainer brings her own box filled with age-appropriate games, crafts, and cultural activities that help us quickly connect with children and create screen-free fun. It’s designed to spark imagination and teach kids about Puerto Rico’s rich culture.
Our babysitting service is charged per hour, with a minimum of four hours per booking.
Rates start at $35 per hour (varies by location and service type).
A $15 materials fee applies to all services.
Holiday Fee: $40
New Year’s Eve Fee: $70
We’ll provide an exact quote once we confirm your booking details.
Yes! We’re available year-round, including major holidays.
Holiday fees apply on:
- January: New Year’s Day, Three Kings Day, Eugenio Maria de Hostos Birthday and Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- February: Presidents Day
- April: Good Friday and Easter,
- May: Mother’s Day and Memorial Day,
- June: Juneteenth and Father’s Day
- July: Independence Day
- September: Labor Day
- October: Columbus Day
- November: Veterans Day and Thanksgiving Day
- December: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve
We accept credit cards and PayPal for your convenience. Payments are processed securely at the time of booking.
We carefully select each Entertainer through a detailed screening process. Every team member:
- Has experience working with children
- Holds CPR and First Aid certification
- Provides a letter of recommendation
- Passes a background check authorized by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico
- Is personally interviewed

Reservation Reminder:
Bookings must be made directly with our agency — reservations made through hotel staff or third parties are not confirmed.
- All payments are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time do not qualify for credit or reimbursement under any circumstance.
- Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may qualify for a credit that can be used within one (1) year from the original service date.
- Service credits must be used for a future reservation and are subject to availability.
- All rescheduling must be coordinated directly with The Entertainers PR.
To cancel a confirmed reservation, you must contact us directly by phone at (787) 423-9639. Cancellations are only accepted via phone to ensure proper documentation and real-time coordination.
Please note:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time do not qualify for credit or reimbursement.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a service credit, valid for up to one (1) year from the original booking date.
- All changes must be handled through our office and are subject to availability.
At The Entertainers PR, we take punctuality and customer service very seriously. If we anticipate any delay due to transportation or emergency, we notify the client as soon as possible before the scheduled start time.
While we strive to always arrive on time, we understand that unexpected situations can occur. In those rare instances, we prioritize clear communication and resolution. We do not take our clients’ time or trust lightly — and we will never hesitate to make things right when service expectations are not met. We currently offer services in San Juan, Isla Verde, Condado, Dorado, Rio Grande and surrounding areas, with limited availability in other regions upon request.
Yes! All of our Entertainers are bilingual and can easily communicate with children and families in English or Spanish.
We provide childcare services for children between 2 months and 13 years old, and all care is tailored to the child’s developmental stage.
Yes. The Entertainers PR offers on-site childcare and entertainment through our Bori Kids Camp program, specially designed for weddings, corporate events, and private functions.
We create a safe, engaging, and joyful space for children while adults enjoy the event. Services may include nap areas, age-appropriate games, arts and crafts, assistance with meals, and full coordination of the children’s schedule.

Absolutely. If you had a great experience with one of our Entertainers, you are welcome to request the same team member for your next booking. While availability is not guaranteed, we will do our best to honor your request. Early reservations increase the likelihood of securing your preferred caregiver.
